What did you do at Turnitin?

I was Principal Product Writer at Turnitin from 2014 to 2022, and the first UX writer they ever had. I built the discipline from nothing, set the information architecture across 13,000 help articles that are still in use, and shipped integrity features used by millions of students daily. That is where I learned to make quality propagate rather than police it.
